A new address in the heart of Capital Plaza has quietly redefined how we experience fragrance, and it’s one we genuinely enjoyed exploring. DURŌ Capital Plaza feels far less like a store and far more like a carefully curated museum of contemporary perfumery.
From the very first moment, it’s clear this is not about conventional shopping. The space, envisioned by architect Denis Tuzović, unfolds like a modern-day stage set: rounded golden niches, sculptural lighting, and a refined interplay of industrial and luxurious materials. There’s a sense of intention in every detail, the kind that invites you to slow down, observe, and truly immerse yourself.

What stood out most to us is how each brand is given room to breathe, almost like its own installation. Among the highlights, Escentric Molecules brings its signature molecular minimalism, fragrances that feel intimate, skin-driven, and quietly magnetic. MDCI Parfums, on the other hand, offers a more classical, opulent expression of French haute perfumery, while Hormone Paris explores the idea of scent as a chemistry of mood, personal, instinctive, almost visceral.
We also found ourselves drawn to the clean, contemporary luxury of House of Brandt and Swiss Arabian, while Wilhelm Parfumerie adds a playful, narrative-driven twist with compositions that feel both cosmopolitan and unexpected.
A particularly striking moment comes with the artistic displays of Marc-Antoine Barrois and Nasomatto, presented almost like tactile objects, reinforcing their cult status and unconventional spirit.

And then, there is the pièce de resistance: Roja Parfums Haute Luxe. More myth than mere fragrance, this creation sits at the very edge of perfumery as an art form, rare ingredients, extraordinary craftsmanship, and that almost surreal detail of gold flakes lingering on the skin. Experiencing it here, with guidance and intention, feels less like testing a perfume and more like witnessing a ritual.

DURŌ’s new space doesn’t just introduce new brands, it introduces a new way of thinking about perfume. One where scent becomes memory, design becomes emotion, and a visit turns into something you’ll want to return to.
