The first phase, construction of which began in December 2025, comprises five buildings with a total of 265 apartments, 57 commercial units and a two-level underground garage with 300 parking spaces, alongside additional outdoor parking spaces within the complex.

Studio apartments ranging from 30 to 32 m² and one-bedroom apartments measuring 47 to 55 m² offer suitable options for individuals, young professionals and buyers considering a real estate investment. Two-bedroom apartments ranging from 71 to 81 m² and three-bedroom apartments measuring 102 m² provide additional space for family living.
The functionality of the complex is also reflected in the carefully selected materials and fittings.
