The Herceg Novi Comic Book Festival (Hercegnovski strip festival – HSF) is Montenegro’s exclusive comic convention. Nikola Curcin, a local painter, comic book artist, and musician, initiated this event in 2007 to champion and educate the public about the “ninth art” of comics.
