Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring omnipresence through all hotel areas and outlets and being out there proactively
- Maximized engagement with present guests in house, offering an array of hotel offers
- Being present on fixed appointments within the hotel lobby
- Following and recording all provided check lists
- Detailed knowledge of all hotel recreational, lifestyle, spa & wellness and F&B offers
- Participation in certain recreation activities together with guests, providing the unique experience
- always Keeping the positive attitude towards team and guests
- Following, presenting and updating the Schedule of Activities for guests
- Selling the hotel offers and retail items
- Sharing of all relevant information with other departments
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Traits:
- Knowledge and love of certain recreational activities
- Personally following certain aspects of active and healthy lifestyle
- Being able to participate in recreational activities
- Prior experience in similar positions or in concierge, recreation, lifestyle or guest experience roles in high-end hotel properties
- For Captain position, prior supervisory experience is required
- High School education is required, field of hospitality is preferred
- University Degree is preferred, in field of Tourism and Hospitality or Sports
- Full professional proficiency in English is required
- Knowledge of Montenegrin and other foreign languages is considered as an advantage
- Ability to multitask and prioritize different activities and requirements.
