Panvel Team: Panvel was founded in 2015 as a Bakery Center with the aim of importing and distributing raw materials for the bakery industry as its primary focus. Our expansion led us to include ingredients for confectionery and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) sectors.
Over the past few years, Panvel has grown into a prominent FoodService provider in Montenegro, excelling in logistics and commercial aspects, with a portfolio expanding to over 1300 active products in collaboration with approximately 40 renowned partners predominantly from Italy, Belgium, Austria, Germany etc.
MAG. by Lifestyle: How did you recognize the need for the quality HoReCa ingredients in our market?
Panvel Team: Nowadays tourism and hospitality are the main economic industries in Montenegro. Through communication with our clients in the hospitality, hotel and bakery sectors, as well as other F&B service providers, we noticed their constant efforts to increase their offerings.
By carefully selecting our assortment of products and considering all aspects of logistics and economics, our goal is to simplify the procurement process for managers, chefs, owners, pastry chefs, and bakers. This enables them to focus on creating additional value through their offerings, helps them to stand out in the market and achieve higher profits.
MAG. by Lifestyle: What does your range of products include? Who are your primary clients?
Panvel Team: Panvel consists of three departments. Panvel HoReCa offers a comprehensive range of kitchenware for various establishments including pizzerias, cafeterias, hotels, restaurants, both premium and fast-food restaurants. Our bakery department provides all basic raw materials and semi-finished products for professional, modern or traditional bakeries. In addition to the sale of products, we also offer technological support for all types of pastry shops, workshops or gelaterias, managed by our pastry chefs, pizza masters and technologists, who help in choosing the right ingredients for HoReCa facilities.
For smaller companies or individual workshops and hobbyists, part of our assortiment is available in our Panvel store.

MAG. by Lifestyle: What is the difference between pizza made with the flour of the brand Panvel offers and pizza made with regular flour?
Panvel Team: In the category of flour, we can’t help but mention the most recognized global brand of pizza flour, Mulino Caputo from Naples, the birthplace of pizza. It has been the choice of the most successful pizzerias worldwide for decades.
Pizzas made from this flour stand out with excellent taste, volume, aroma, and consistency, especially notable for their high digestibility and the absence of bloating or heaviness after consumption, commonly associated with pizzas made from standard flour.
Although Caputo flour is the most expensive per kilogram on the market, it has proven to be the most cost-effective for pizzeria and restaurant owners. Those who use Caputo are widely recognized for their quality, experiencing the highest increase in turnover and profitability, which is particularly gratifying for us.
MAG. by Lifestyle: You organize various fairs and showcase events. What is their purpose and how effective are they in connecting with your clients and showcasing what can be made from your products?s
Panvel Team: Fairs and showcase events are the most demanding yet beautiful projects of our Inova Academy! They creatively showcase the combination of our product range and the final product (cake, pizza, pasta, salad, spread, etc.).
The goal of the fair and showcase event is to inspire and educate our clients through personal experience, enabling them to choose the best option for their establishment with the support of our team.
Our commercial team, including sales agents, supervisors, procurement department, chefs, technologists, division directors, and even the CEO are all available to provide assistance during the fairs or showcase events.

Panvel Team: The Inova Gastro Academy is a hub for combining the expertise of our colleagues, the range of products we offer and the need for personal development among our clients. Panvel Team: Some may prefer excellent cheese, others excellent oil, while some might favor quality chicken or sauces. For others, it could be ice cream mixes, creams, biscuits, or pastes that determine the taste.
