HR Generalist
Location: Herceg Novi
Key responsibilities:
- Supports HR Manager to review, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, programs and projects, laws, standards, and other government regulations. Act as subject matter expert (SME) for internal HR policies/SOPs interpretation.
- Responsibility for the adequate implementation of the process of sourcing, recruitment, and selection of candidates in accordance with the planned deadlines, legal regulations, and internal standards.
- Active participation and support in personnel planning, as well as formulating and regularly updating job descriptions and job profiles.
- Preparing and supervising the implementation of all activities related to attracting candidates. Monitoring the situation and relevant trends on the labor market and news in recruitment practice, as well as proposing necessary changes in the company’s recruitment methods.
- Managing and updating the database of all candidate recruitment and selection processes.
- Establishing and maintaining cooperation with educational institutions within the framework of talent recruitment.
- Establishing and maintaining cooperation with the National Employment Service, as well as active supervision and improvement of the employment mediation process.
- Responsibility for recruitment and selection costs, including their optimization.
- Actively participates in onboarding process design and implementation.
- Develop and implement activities related to training and development of employees to meet the specific needs of organization, in accordance with legal regulations and internal standards.
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure training objectives are met.
- Create and maintain Employee Training Tracker and Training Vendors database.
- Participate in identification and preparation of key employees’ development plans and employees with high potential.
- Provides support in the staff performance assessment and management, staff training and development, succession, and career planning processes.
- Keeping all necessary records and reports by order of the immediate manager in the required content and form.
- Conducting exit interviews with employees who voluntarily leave the company.
- Receives and effectively handles employee complaints, proactively detect, and escalate potential employee relations matters to the HR Manager.
- Conducts and analyze exit interviews, recommend changes – establishes, maintain, and upgrade the exit interviews records.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate Department.
- Participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains compliance with state employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Participates in the creation of organizational structures and Chart in cooperation with management, maintaining them.
- Provide support in updating of data in Abacus which are connected to employment.
- All other duties assigned by the immediate manager in connection with the above.
Education: VII level of education.
Experience: 3 years of similar or matching experience.
